It should Grid or a Calendar view? I think it would be more clear and visible to user if we create a calender view for the user. I am planning something like below: - There will be user role like Admin and Creator. - Admin will be able to create the appointment for all the creator. - Creator will create the appointment for their customer or the customer they are dealing with. - For create an appointment first they need to select the customer. If the customer is not existed then they will be able to create the customer. So, we will have to create a supportive Create Customer page to complete the features. - Then they will fill the Appointment form and will save it. - To view the appointment we will create a page where appointment will show like Google Calendar. User will click on any appointment and will be able to edit the appointment from there. Now, I need the below information from you: - Please clear me if you want to send an email to both the Creator and Customer for the appointment? - Is there will be any Appointment reminder system? I mean before 1 days we need to send a reminder to user, is this something like this? - Is there will be any appointment status option? Or can an user will be able to archived the appointment? I will wait for your answer on the above. Please let me know when you can confirm me on understandings and give me a brief about my queries. I am ready to start work on it but just need confirmation from you to make the thing correct.
