HTML / CSS conversion for website theme

I have a quick and easy project for a good HTML/CSS person.
I have this website theme as a WordPress theme...

...but I need it only as an HTML theme. There are 45 pages that need to be converted (pages list here: [login to view URL]). I need someone to convert it to stand alone HTML with all HTML files in the same directory and all CSS files in a /css/ folder and all image files in a /images/ folder and all javascript files in a /js/ folder. It is also populating some of the content from a JSON or XML file. We simply need that content to be static in the page, so we need those references removed. Just trying to make this a lightweight HTML site for a project. I can supply the WordPress template if needed. I need all files unminified as well. You can use [login to view URL] to unminify the files.
