1 - I have Auto phone dialer that is install on my server, and I have some data that I need to import to sugar CRM that is install on my server to. I need to transfer only specific fields but I want it to be updates automatic if possible. 2 - I need to arrange the sugar CRM so it will be user friendly to work on (no programming only knowledge make it easy to work on) I don't have experiences so I want someone that will put together the function that I need (maybe be some add on) and will show how to.
