I am looking for a creative communication expert who can do monthly (communication) projects for us.
As a way to screen candidates, I have a basic test to give each person applying.
My objective is to see who is the most creative person and has the ability to think outside of the box.
Once we’ve discovered the right candidate, our first project will be around lead generation using artificial intelligence.
Here is the test: imagine I am running a real estate investment firm and you are my communication expert. I am asking people to invest capital with me and as a result of their investment, they get to financially retire early.
Given the real estate investment industry is very competitive, how could you think outside the box?
