Write two programs: server.c and client.c
client.c can send two kinds of signals: SIGINT and SIGUSR1
Within the server, the handler of SIGINT counts the number of SIGINT signals which were received.
The handler of SIGUSR1 prints the number of SIGINT signals which arrived to the server.
The client gets 3 parameters in the following order:
pid of the server
number of signal SIGUSR1 (10) - or SIGINT (2)
# of signals sent
Examples:
1. client <server pid> 2 1000
2. client <server pid> 10 1
In the first example, client will send 1000 SIGINT signals, to the server with <server pid>
In the second example, the server with <server pid> will print the number of SIGINT received.
