Remake DLL - ripper information from AMD and NVIDIA videocard drivers

There is a DLL that is used in a desktop gadget and is a ripper for reading information about a video card from NVIDIA and AMD drivers. Unfortunately, after the release of new video cards and, accordingly, new drivers, some functions began to work incorrectly. It is required to correct the work of these functions, namely 1. Reading information about the fan rotation speed: function GetGpuCoolerRPM (); 2. Reading information about the fan speed in percent: function GetGpuCoolerLevel (); 3. Reading information about memory frequencies: GetGpuCoreClock (), GetGpuShaderClock () and GetGpuPhysicalMemoryClock () functions. Or may some others function that don't work. Naturally, for older video cards / drivers, these functions work and should work. DLL must be compiled in two versions - for 32-bit and for 64-bit OS. All sources are available and written in C ++
