Recode an opensource project to work on the command line

Github has an opensource c++ project that would be useful for us. Its currently built around a UI (Qt), but we need it to run on the command line in windows. Its an image processing tool.
We want to be able to call it on the commandline, pass in an image file along with the parameters and get the output file.
I think this would be a couple of hours work for someone good at C++.
