Create a tool (CE,C++) for a mmorpg farm

Hey guys,
I'm looking for someone to help me create a simple farming automation tool for educational purpose.
The game is a private server of flyff (private server, so nothing bad at all)
The tool should be able to farm monster automatically:
- Identify the closest mob possible
- target the mob
- trigger the attack key
- if player is attacked by a random mob, kill it in priority
- avoid stealing kills from other players.
Also, the tool should be able to run multiple instances at once, so operating multiples game clients at once.
I would also like you to include a 30d maintenance period during which you explain me how to maintain the tool (in case the game get patched and the adresses changes, explain me how to identify the changes with CE and fix it. If too complicated, we can discuss a maintenance contract for long term).
Please let me know budget and how long it would take to create the tool.
