I am looking for an expert researcher on ns2 to form clusters in VANET based on vehicles velocity where RSU forms the clusters then it elects ClusterHeads (CHs) using the common vehicle between the neighbors of each vehicle. Also, CH is responsible for computing the credibility of message based on the reputation of vehicles (observers). After, RSU takes a decision about the message (correct or no) using the fuzzy logic (inputs: credibility of message by CH and the flag value of the behavior of vehicle vx by RSU). further details i will share in chat.
