Website / virtual assistant needed

I need someone to help to keep four websites up-to-date by checking various details on other websites. This would be a twice-monthly job taking approximately two half-days per month plus additional similar, more bespoke checking / amending. I can provide a detailed brief on the sites that need checking along with what I would like to be provided each time. As I say, I'm looking for a price for two half-days per month (8 hours) on an ongoing basis. The provider must be reliable and speak and write excellent English! IM availability (MSN or Gmail) would also help.
