Hi there, We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage all of our Social Media platform (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Our goal is to increase brand awareness and build a customer base. Requirements & Skills: - Setup our social media channels with bio, cover/profile pics, etc. - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) - Copywriting (crafting tweets and Facebook posts, drive engagement and clicks, etc.) - Designs creative post (graphics and videos) - Measure & analyze Social media metrics (e.g. likes, comments, shares, etc.) - Use of different social media management tools - 3 posts/daily (with a different time period of the day) - Customer Service / Community engagement (e.g. ask the right questions to facilitate engagement, answer questions about products, services, etc.) - Increase likes/comments/followers organically (weekly report needed) This is an on-going project and would like someone that can work with us long-term. Budget: $200/month/site for 3 social media platform. Thank you
