Improve an existing catalog - content editing, design/layout, and basic marketing

We have a 14 page, 2000 word catalog that needs minor improvements. The formatting seems to be off, moves very slowly and layout changes every time staff add or detract from content. We believe it could use some improvement on its overall layout and content as well and are open to suggestions. Attached is a small .pdf version to give an idea. Will send word document to freelancer. We need an easily editable editable document.
