Construction Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced site manager to oversee the final phases of a small office extension project. It estimated to last approximately 4-6 weeks however there is potential to work on other projects if the ideal candidate is secured. The project is located in the South London area and requires an immediate start. The ideal candidate would have excellent organisational skills; attention to detail; be energetic, self-motivated and ambitious; be literate and numerate with good IT Skills; have in depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements; must be proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings; have an exemplary health & safety knowledge and experience dealing with tradesmen
