Specs for a Quonset hut stem wall

I need to know what specs I need to make a "stem wall". I am building a Quonset structure (30' wide x 50' long), 18ga steel. There will be a snow load in the area of 70psf. The stem wall will be 5' tall. I would like to know what is required (thickness, rebar, wire mess, etc) if I use concrete for the wall. I would like a comparison for what would be required if I have a earth berm up against the stem wall that stops about 1' below the top of the concrete, and if there is not a berm. --Thank you
