Clean my House or Business

A friend of mine died recently in his 2 bedroom unit in Toombul. Unfortunately he was seriously ill for a while resulting in the unit being uncared for. As well he was a heavy smoker. The apartment is in poor condition. I need the apartment to be cleaned before it is painted, minor renovations completed and new carpet is laid. I am therefore seeking a cleaner who has experience in cleaning a rental property after being leased by untidy tenants. I am seeking competitive quotes from interested cleaners for this job.
