First of all employer has not mentioned the actual work to do. Anyway my working plan will be as follows: 1. firstly i have to know about Project location, cost, contract conditions, time period etc. 2. Study the drawings thoroughly. 3. Checking the materials specifications as per the contract before executing that particular work by contractor. 4. Checking the concrete works test reports and other materials test reports which have been already received at site. 5. Monitoring the project with planned vs Actual. 6. Checking the billing/commercial part if required. The quantities calculations, retentions, etc. can check. 5. Any other required works.
