how to calculate and synthesis( the specific amounts of Fe SO4.7H2O (0.2–1.0 wt. % of iron ions in supports catalyst) were dissolved in a beaker containing distilled water The heterogeneous catalyst (Fe-zeolite Y type, Fe-ball clay, Fe-natural zeolite and Fe-Kuala Kangsar clay) were prepared by using impregnation method (Geus et al., 1999). In this process, the specific amounts of Fe SO4.7H2O (0.2–1.0 wt. % of iron ions in supports catalyst) were dissolved in a beaker containing distilled water (Xu et al., 2009). Then, the supports powder (zeolite Y type, ball clay, natural zeolite and Kuala Kangsar clay) were added to this aqueous solution and the suspensions were evaporated to dryness by stirring it constantly in the water bath. With impregnation technique, the iron ions are deposited randomly inside and outside the support pores. After impregnation, the samples were dried at 105 °C for 12 h, followed by calcination at 500 °C for 4 h in a muffle furnace. This temperature was chosen based on some literature references which point out a range of 500–550 °C as being an optimal temperature for calcinations process for clay and zeolite support

(Ramirez et al., 2007; Kasiri et al., 2008). The heterogeneous catalysts were labeled as Fe-ZYT, Fe-BC, Fe-NZ and Fe-KKC for Fe-zeolite Y type, Fe-ball clay, Fe-natural zeolite, and Fe-Kuala Kangsar clay, respectively.
