Wonderware SCADA DAserver wrapper for a .NET class

Wonderware Archestra is a SCADA system using DAserver for communications with outside systems. Need you to create a wrapper app in MS Vis Std for a .NET standard class which will emulate as a DA server to Wonderware 2014 R2 & later versions (legacy system, not system platform). You may have to use DAS toolkit or like it to test/create the wrapper with. The .NET std class will at lease perform a TCP & UDP socket connect/disconnect with an external system, send/receive some arbitrary ascii text data. The external system could be a simple test app built with this class also. You may build this class yourself or we can supply one, on your request. This functionality will eventually be executed via Wonderware client test app via DAserver wrapper & then via the .NET std class. DAserver running on same PC as client. The external app is what your Wonderware client test app, the DAserver app/wrapper/.NET class system will connect & communicate with.
