We are a software solutions and IT services business in the legal sector. Our core platform development stack is typically LAMP or WAMP, however, we have a need for a small windows server based utility described below which we have decided to outsource. We need a small windows based executable (or three small executables) to be created which fulfil one of three functions: New C, New M or New T. (more detail / sensible names provided once an NDA is signed). For each function there is set of parameters which can be passed as a csv string or reference to the relevant csv file. Each function will take the input data, add some defaults and mappings before updating a table on a remote SQL Server (2012). There are between 8-12 fields, we will organise permissions on the SQL server. In the case of New C and New M the code must also execute a stores procedure and return the result produced or the relevant error message. That's it...
