I need the XAML code for a very simple UWP GUI. XAML window should have a full screen camera preview control with a button overlaying it. Button should be (if possible) semi-transparent over camera preview. When user clicks the button, it should be disappeared and in its position an image control should appear. NO C# backend code needed. ONLY XAML.

Hello Sir, I think I can simply do that. But I idea is not clear to me. First thing full screen camera preview "control" what is meaning of controlling of full screen camera. and second thing image "control", did you mean image button or image viewer? I perceived that you want a simple UWP GUI with full screen camera view with just 1 button which onClick converts into an image. Is that right?
