Think or swim trading data collection using Microsoft C#, and C

Experience using Think or Swim (TOS) Trading Platform API and DDE Collect and read stock data, and options data, and write to Microsoft SQL Database, on scheduled time intervals during trading day, including pre-market and post-market times for stock data. Multi-Threading Project. Using Microsoft Visual Studio C# Forms Project, and Microsoft SQL Database, I need communication to think or swim API, data plugin, via Data Dynamic Exchange (DDE). Microsoft Excel supports (DDE), and is commonly used with (TOS) for simple data access, however I am not interested in using Microsoft Excel with this project. (DDE) is based on Server, Topic pair, where Server can be the stock symbol, and topic can be the volume or price data collected. This is simple and fairly straight forward for collecting data for a list of stocks, where a listener is established for each stock symbol, and when volume changes, a record of data is collected and written to the database. I would like to extended this for collecting data beyond stock data to options symbols data, for all stocks in my stock list. The option symbols are based on the stock symbol, the expirey date, the strike price, and the call or put type, which makes the option symbols unique. This also makes the list of option symbols, quite extensive, possibly thousands, or tens of thousands, to include all options for the stocks in my stocks list. The option symbol is now part of the topic pair, required to collect data for each specific symbol. I essentially want only the list of the stocks for the listeners, and for that to act as a generic listener for all the options symbols for that stock and not have 10,000 or more option symbols listeners.
