Pic micro controller as pick and drop software. So the idea is to design GUI with different components ( pic, led, time...) and just pick them from tools box and put them in work place space and connect between them. After you connect them press send code buttons to send the code to the real pic micro control as it already connected through pickit2 or pickit3 programmer. The idea here under each component is code aether written in assembly or C. For example, when you pick the pic micro controller from tools box and put it in work place if you click on it the configuring windows will pop up and set your own chose ( pin out or pin in) and under each configure a code.
