I have an excel spreadsheet which is made up of 2 data types
The company categories are shared across companies.
Row 1 - Company A, ImportId1
Row 2 - Cat 1, ImportId1
Row 3 - Cat 2, ImportId1
Row 4 - Company B, ImportId2
Row 5 - Cat 2, ImportId2
I want some code which can be run in a console or Azure function to update the SQL Azure tables with new customers and categories, linking up the company to categories.
New Customers should be added to a Customers Table
New Categories should be added to a Categories Table
Updates to Customers should be updated
Updates to Customers Categories should be updated
Missing Customers/Categories are subsequent runs should be marked with a deletion flag
This would be run periodically.
There is already a table structure but this can be modified.

It would be a simple [login to view URL] which can be managed from OleSQL library. So, you load the CSV by using SQL Statement. And using the Recordset object you can filter them as well.
