I have a list of geo-positioned elements with decimal coordinates of latitude and longitude, it is necessary to be able to group nearby elements by a distance.

The original data is in a Microsoft SQL Server, if it is with SQL statements, better.

I can program it in several ways. It depends on the range of values of the radius (Harvesine formula) Can do it in sql 2008+, c# or Nodejs.
