Explain how to add a DropDown in an Outlook E-Mail Message Form

You could simply create an Outlook addin which will add the region such as action-pane so then the drop-down would be placed there. And you could link the drop-down with your SQL by using C# code performed the add-in. Let me know if this method OK for you
