Responsibilities:
- Customer specific customization using different technologies which includes
- C#.net. ABL and other Epicor tools like BPMs.
- Development of new screens.
- Created New and modify existing Crystal and SSRS reports
- Testing and debugging
- Contacting Epicor support to resolve customer’s important issues. Apply fixes
and test to support customer.
- Has gone through various Epicor Technologies like Service Connect,
- Product Configuration, BAQs
- Posting rules maintenance.
- SCM Workflow.
- Proper documentation of training, testing and customization.
- Module training to English speaking users
- Barcoding Implementation.
- Post Go-Live Support.
