Develop a C# Desktop Application from a bunch of dll files. I have a bunch of dll files from the vendor of a software. I need to build them all into a C# Desktop application. The inputs for feeding into these dll files also can be obtained online. Produce the result in terms of getting the output from the C# Desktop application. They need to be in Excel csv file format when downloaded as processed output from the dll files. Different dll files produce different results. Terms of our cooperation as follows: Milestones are kept until project is delivered complete to client. No early upfront release. Only 50% milestone can be created upfront once if through demo, developer proves that on developer's PC he can produce a successful demo of the outcomes achieved. Once the Build is also assembled on my PC via Teamviewer or Anydesk, then remaining 50% milestone is also uploaded to developer's account.

Hello, just to verify my understanding: For the Inputs we retrieve them from an online source and directly feed them into the DLLs. Then we take the DLLs outputs and convert them into Excel compatible CSV format and save the files on your computer.
