ASP.NET Core + Bootstrap web application for dashboard

Web application needs to be built, refer to image attached for high level overview of requirement. Below is the text version with some more details High -level Functionality 1.) Landing page 2.) Sign up module with email verification, duplicate checks & recaptcha 3.) Sign in module 4.) Import module: a) User to be able to manually import data b) User to be able to load data from CSV (Note: CSV can have multiple headers in different format for user groups, mapping logic to be developed to maintain consistency across users and import into common DB) c) Import validations / exception handling to take care of duplicates, past entry checks, file format etc. 5.) DB design a) DB tables design to incorporate all site functionalities, such as dash board, review, collaborate and leader board 6.) Dashboard module a) Dashboard level 1 for all users b) Dashboard level 2 for silver users c) Dashboard level 3 for Pro users d) Dashboard will basically have charts: Bar, Line, Donut, Horizontal Bar, Area etc. e) Dashboard will have range slider and charts to update dynamically 7.) Review a.) Review section to have OHLC charts - I have the data feed API b.) Review section to populate OHLC chart and corresponding import items from 4.) to overlay certain data points c.) Review section to have comments & drop down as input to score/rate and store same in DB for the corresponding import entry 8.) Collaborate a.) Collaborate section to have basically review section, but not for self. Pro users to be able to select other willing subscribers and view, comment similar to review 9.) Leaderboard a.) Oneway traffic - Users to view top 10 of day, week, month & year in UI similar to 7.) Review 10.) Payment Gateway a.) Implementation of Paypal/Skrill for subscription 11.) Admin console a.) Ability to change icons, images, text through the site without change request b.) Ability to run seasonal promotion - can be inactive page with dependent instructions c.)
