I need someone to develop an app to display icon overlay over shell objects to provide extra information. once I do right click on a folder/file and select “icon overlay” from right click drop menu, I should see icon overlay on that folder/file. Once I receive this little app and verify functionality, the developer will provide the source code. I need this little app on Windows and Mac operating systems. C# is a must. budget is TBD during discussion.
