I have completed the design of my OnScreen TakeOff Project, It is adding the functionality to make the tools work, it incorporates adding measuring and annotations to PDF Construction Drawings, this is MY source code.. I used pdfium to open PDF files, but need a different Lib to add the above.. You will be working in my Team TFS Project, so that the existing database will be available to add to the database, the project name and conditions (takeoffs) by the project name. Please only apply if you have experience editing PDF files in Winforms.
