Dear all , from the subject what i look for is, 1- using high speed arudino such as Mega arduino 2- use adf4351 module , to read frequency 3- check the freqency power goal : let say i will put the modules in room without any frequency at all , if there are any frequency enter room with mentioned power ( 1,2,3,4,6 dB) , it should write it to UART , the user can set start frequency and end frequency, set step frequency all in uart terminal such as (1 ,5,10 Hz ) and reading should be highest speed and let say it should finish reading freqency from 100khz -3ghz in less than 5 seconds hope you all understand me , and please who paid in this project , he should have good background in RF and should have the adf4351 , and he may suggest any other module , and the code should be in android regards for you all

Hello Muhamed. Its mr. Bogdan. Are you already found freelancer for this? Arduino Mega has only 16Mhz speed its impossible to ready 3Ghz if you have 16mhz. But I know a trick.
