We have several sheet metal bending machines. We are looking for a robotic solution to replace the bending tools on the machine in a way that will take a minimum time. The INPUT (per each run will be a a 3D X_T (SolidWorks) model of workspaces without tools. In addition, there will be CSV tables of the tools inventory and their location in the storage area for each 3D model. As well as tables of the initial (currently) setup and a table for the required setup. Structure example of the tables (not mandatory, you can request to change and refine) attached.

Algorithm: the algorithm will determined the in between steps of each tool depending initial/current state of the tool to final target location . After determine the steps it will stored into a local csv file or sql database (you can export that as csv format ) 2. simulation : we will use the solidworks model for the simulation part . the model will simulate the task . We will use Unity/ C# for the complete project . Unity for showing the simulation and backend C# script to generate the algorithm and model operation .
