We need a pulse generator, controlled by Android and iPhone. Range from 1 Hz to 1000 Hz, pulse width = 0.1 msec. The pulses are ordinary, double or PWM. We will give detailed instructions if we agree. The Mobi application controls the generator, both the frequency and the duration of the pulse generation
