Nostale - OpenNos. Secondary Exp system for the Hero Lvl.

Greetings! Here are the source files of the Nostale emulator - [login to view URL] As you can see on screenshot we have 2 bars. 1 is Lvl and the secon is "C Level". InGame it's called "Hero Lvl", so basicly what i need, i need to create a code what will make that "C Level" active and you will gane expirience from killing mosters. The "Lvl" is working great,there is all ok, but "C Level" not. But this "C Level" expirience neeed to work only from 90 lvl character. So if character gained 90 main "LvL" then the "C Level" bar starts to be active and expirience will come on that line. When it will be 100% then you get next lvl of "C Level". That lvl you can see in "()" on the upper left side of the screenshoot. If you have any questions, you can ask me.
