I am looking for Live Transcoding Experts. Attention please: Just bid for this Project if have done already done a similar project. I do not need a development from Scratch! I need a ffmpeg based hardware acceleartion product for encoding / transcoding IPTV live streams to get lower bitrates. It does need: - supports Intel QuickSync and Nvidia CUVID/NVENC 1. H.264 & H.265 supports for NVENC. 2. One-time decoding based multiple bitrate output for arbitrary protocols supports. 3. VideoJS based realtime web H.264 player to watching your stream via browser. 4. Realtime CPU, Memory, Network And GPU monitoring supports. 5. Offline package based upgrade supports. 6. Unlimited the live transcoding streams. 7. H.264 baseline, main and high profile supports. 8. H.265 main, main10 and rext profile supports. 9. CBR and VBR bitrate control supports. 10. 24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps frame rate supports. 11. Key frame interval 0~25 supports. 12. CPU and GPU based deinterlance supports. 13. HD1080, HD720, HD480, PAL576 and other output resolution supports. 14. Video overlay watermark supports. 15. Audio mp3 and aac codec supports. 16. HTTP Living Streaming with Adaptive Bitrate Streaming supports. 17. HTTP, RTMP, RTSP, RTP and UDP (and all other streaming protocols that is supported by ffmpeg) > INPUT and OUTPUT protocol supports. 18. Login password and burst force crack protection. 19. IP and Username&Password restrictions for incoming connections 20. 24 x 7 hours long time stable and uninterruptedly transcoding supports 21. Online and Offline License Sytem query, integrate WHMCS License Manger (or other one) 22. The Web User Interface need be written AngularJS and base Program (functions) in C. 23. The base program and the license system (which need be included in the c base program) 24. The software need compile and later execute as bin file. 25. A simple upgrade function does need be add (for future updates) to the WebUI. The Devloper need provide all bug fixes for free. The source code is to be transferred to the contractor's property after completion of the project.

Hey, I'm reading through your requirements and looks like you are looking to develop product similar to XC. Don't go that path, XC is the example of how NOT TO secure streams (easier to crack then akamai or neulion which are already easy) and how not to design architecture (I know few of their customers and their apps crash when there is higher load). That is what I wanted to put as word of introduction. I was recently the lead developer and architect of similar product as yours (video live streaming manager) but it failed due to lack of finances. Our product was much more sophisticated then XC and ffmpeg and gstreamer is something we were using daily. For ffmpeg and nginx-rtmp we were using our own forks with modified code for internal usage. Additionally, the platform was tested under very high load (on staging server it was used by 4 iptv services that generated the load of 60k active users during the PPV event) which would cause XC to crash. I have almost 4 years experience working with IPTVs, of which last 2 I spent working as lead developer/architect on few major projects for company.
