Find the bug in my serial port communication code

I have a simple serial port communication program over RS422. It's communicating with a measurement sensor.

When I try to run my code first, it opens the communication port, but couldn't communicate with the sensor. If I run docklight ( a serial port communication program) , it can communicate perfectly with the sensor. After closing the port in docklight and I run my code immediately, also my code runs perfectly and send, receive information continuously. All the baud rate, parity etc. settings are the same in docklight and my code.

There is something wrong in my code. I want to find the bug in my code.
