create a virtual webcam for windows

Hi there, I am a VC++ engineer with vast experience working on Windows, for large and complex R&D projects. I have also worked with cameras and all kinds of DirectX related technologies before. In terms of virtual/emulated webcams, I believe , depending on functionality, I should be able to create one for you. What versions of Windows would you like to target? And, 32-bit or 64-bit? You need a virtual cam driver + a programming interface in C# for it. Please tell, do you have any specific requirement int the virtual driver implementation. What all APIs you require in the C# interface?(I know the basic interface, please tell if you need any specific). I am a software engineer having 14 yrs of experience in developing heterogeneous types of systems from the emmbedded system and Windows drivers to industrial automation, and business applications.
