Newsletter/Magazine Creation Tool

In the Commodore 64 era there used to be a funny little programme called "The Newsroom". It allowed kids and adults to create their own newsletters and A-4 sized newspapers with a number of pre-formatted tools, fonts, clip art and layout options. Of course most of the functionality can be copied with Microsoft Publisher or even Microsoft Word but we are looking for a modernised version of "The Newsroom" for PC. It should have similar functionality to the original but of course not exclude the wonders of MS Word's fonts and not limit itself to a mere A-4 sized newsletter with just 6 text boxes and a Banner as headline. Still should be easy to use for kids and adults who just want to make a newsletter or play around with publishing a neighbourhood newspaper or magazine in A-4 or A-5 format.
