C# , Visual Studio 2005 Tutor by the hour

I need a Visual Studio 2005 C# expert to teach me the C# language with SQL server. You must be able to answer questions and walk through examples using Skype. You will walk me through my particular programming needs. For example, I will need to connect to a specific sequel database, you must show me the exact connection string, have it working before I use it. I may ask you to construct small pieces of code that I will use in my application. You must be an expert in Visual Studio 2005. You must be an expert in C# You must be an excellent communicator that clearly explains basic concepts. Windows Forms, web services, XML, Sequel server expertise is mandatory. You must be able to communicate the basis for object oriented programming. Your english must be perfect You must be on skype during Los Angeles time 8am-10PM Answers to questions within a day must be answered that day unless otherwise agreed. Email must be answered with a solution within 12 hours. I will pay $10 per hour. It will be ongoing.
