I am seeking for a business consultant for writing a business plan who is familiar with heavy industries such as oil and gas (upstream and downstream), machine engineering and metallurgy/mining. The main purpose of business plan writing is seeking support from VCs ad angel investors and the start-up idea is in training/retraining of qualified tradesmen for Kazakh, Russian, Azeri and Turkmen markets. The training/retraining and upskilling of tradesmen will mostly be within the frameworks of CompEx, OPITO, TWI/AWS, NCCER, City & Guild standards. The business model of the idea is mostly generating profit from high shortage of qualified labour (only tradesmen till the level of technicians) for the abovementioned sectors of economy. The business plan should not only consider the costs, forecasts and estimates but thoroughly analyse the problems of labour market (provided by me) demand and supply mismatches, solutions to existing problems and market potential and analysis.
I would like to ask bidders include in the bid price the ppt presentation for the Business plan not longer than 10 slides.
As an assistance to the bidder there is a not-finished business plan (attached) written by me in the end of 2014.
