Building core competencies is an interesting challenge. it takes us into the world of mapping your key business tasks, looking at your business structure and the positions in your company, job descriptions for these positions and the core competencies for these positions. Maybe you have some or all of this - and perhaps other data - maybe not.
So we need to discuss your requirements, review the information you already have, and consider what you want the competency framework to look like to be effective.
We also need to consider the training program requirements, what programs are available, what need to be developed or sourced. Then there may need to be a development plan for the competency framework and the training structure.
