My wife has a small business where she makes kids clothing. She has templates for all sorts of different types of clothing and she then has a ton of different custom knit fabric. What I want to do is mass produce some of our top selling styles of clothing with set styles of fabric we choose. This in in hopes to expand our business as there is only so much that we can cut and sew in a day and that limits how much we can make. Basically i would like to have set stock items made by a separate manufacturer and when we can still do custom orders. Could also use some help on creating a business plan.
