Set up the financial procedures and policies for a new small business
min $50 USD / hour
Looking for someone to set up policies and procedures for:
• QuickBooks to handle customer orders, invoicing, inventory, A/R and A/P; and bank software to make and receive ACH and wire transfers
• Sales Support systems , including: assembling and issuing quote packages, updating sales contracts, managing sales accounts
• Business systems including: Contact Management, Quoting, Accounting, Banking, Payroll, Benefits, and Insurance
• HR systems including benefits, policies, and onboarding
Must have a CPA license in the state of Illinois
I am envisioning a team consisting of a CPA and a bookkeeper with who will jointly create and test the business systems until they are ready to turn over to a full time office manager.
