Hi, I'm looking for architectural drafting services for a renovation and some additions to my house. I've already done some work on the concept and want these plans developed and turned into working drawings for an engineer and council approval. The components of the project are: 1) I want to insulate the external walls and therefore need drawings of the house so that an engineer can produce a bracing plan. 2) Design and working drawings of a loft conversion. 3) Design and working drawings of a new garage. 4) Design and working drawings of a new deck. I have a tight timeframe and am looking for someone to get started straight away, ideally producing the working drawings in the next 4 weeks. The items above are listed in order or priority. If you can tackle all items then great, but I also want to hear from you if you're only interested in some of the work. I have notes and initial plans available. Thanks, Matt
