PLYMOUTH RESIDENT ONLY APPLY General information for the business: new deliveroo style food delivery buisness launched 2 months ago in plymouth Industry: Food and Beverage Kind of support: P&L, Report Description of support work: hello I have launched a new business 2 months ago and it is hard work and going well. I am very busy with deliveries , talking with new clients and dealing with day to day issues. I am a franchise of a large network and need to handle my accounts myself. I have not began the process yet so I am looking to start an accounts partnership with someone local who will aloow me to focus on the business and take care of my accounts. I am a very straight forward person, hard working and you will get the information you require from me quickly. It is a new business so I need someone who is within the budget i have allowed. Of course after 3 months when both parties understand in more depth the nature of the business the fee can be revisited. The business itself is quite simple. people order on line or through an app and we have drivers who pick up the food and deliver. simple. well not quite i am busy with drivers , customer relations , new restaurants , marketing etc. We have a panel to log into which gives you full access to every order , driver , sales , databases with i would think everything you will require. There are two sides to the business i need help with 1. reports and checks that allow me to run the business on a daily weekly basis in terms of operation , making sure money is not going missing , what i need to pay the restaurants, driver hours and wages etc. 2. management accounts so i can steer the business. VAT submission ( not registered yet ). weekly profit and loss . I am based in Plymouth so would like someone local.
