See on the attached screenshot, the appearance of the shipping options during the checkout process: We want to have the text-link "See UPS Rates" to be in bold and with yellow highlighting: Color: RGB (255,255,0). All checkout options should have this same appearance for the "See UPS Rates" text-link.
