As far as the requirement of the project is concerned, I shall propose a layout plan of a house. This is a 50x60 duplex house plan proposed by me(TEJAS.S). The speciality of this plan is that it is prepared as per Indian Vastu and does abide by the rules and regulations mentioned by GDCR. This plan was however approved by the Bangalore Development Authority(BDA), Karnataka. This plan proposed by me is basically an East facing one. It includes 2 car parking portico, 3 bed rooms(1 Master bed room), ample space living room and lawn in the Ground Floor Area. Being a Duplex House Plan, it consists of a staircase inside connecting GF and FF. In the First Floor, we have a luxurious suite room with an attached bathroom and also the balcony that provides a mesmerizing view of sunrise. No doubt, the plan is ready and if the employer is interested with it then I can even provide you an impressive realistic exterior and interior model of the house.
