That depends on what do you want to know about such a cycle. On today's superscalar CPUs such a cycle can get very involved; independent units do the fetching, the decoding (into micro-ops), then there's speculative execution into a large register file where the register containing the result get renamed to the architectural (programmer-visible) register, then the instruction gets retired. This subject can be small or huge depending on what you're looking for.
