New surf bar for share-traffic.com

I am looking to change the surfbar of my site at share-traffic.com. Basically right now there is a timer that counts down and when it reaches zero a button appears to click on so you can view the next site. What I want is a surf bar more like what I have on my [login to view URL] site. It uses pictures and random pixels to make it hard for anti-cheat software to work. Share-traffic is written in asp and explorerhits is written in php. I have included bot parts of code.
