564753 Form Code Generator Tool

We need a code generator, which will allow automatic code generation of screens, and program workflow, based on rules in xml or excel sheets. a similar system is the [login to view URL] code generator. if interested and you are capable of taking this job, then more detailed can be discussed later. a simplified system to allow me to be able to achieve the same results outsystems do. similar to entity relation 4.0 where you create database from classes and when you change classes the system recreate back the database for you!!! i need to do the same for the screens .... so when i change the design ... i dont need to rewrite the code behind or remap the controls to the code. the xml file will describe the screen actions and finish the tool will create the code for me and i would only need to add my custom code once. a simplified version of outsystems tools...which will work for vs2010 and c# to develop asp.net application. or maybe is there a tool that allow me to create application based on 4GL language like foxpro but the generated application should be web based application? the system should allow to create forms & reports will full control and complete integration with database servers like oracle or mssql. writing code using c# and other languages is too much for database applications and a major overhead coding and bug fixing ... that why this project is posted.
